1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders (as advertised).

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Carrier selection is based on destination and service availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
